Think of us as your "Employment Process Experts."

While our deep-rooted knowledge of PEOs makes us a leader in the field, our mission goes far beyond that. We know that every company has unique needs, and a single solution isn't always the answer. That’s why we offer a comprehensive suite of services designed to free you from the administrative burden of employment. From PEO and ASO to HCM, EOR, BPO, and Outsourced Payroll, we provide tailored solutions that let you reclaim your time and focus on growing your business. We handle the complexities of your workforce, so you don't have to. Here’s an explanation of the services we offer;

PEO

A Professional Employer Organization (PEO) is a firm that provides comprehensive HR
services to small and medium-sized businesses. Through a “co-employment” model,
the PEO becomes the employer of record for tax purposes, allowing them to handle a
wide range of administrative tasks.
PEOs manage critical functions like payroll processing, tax filing, and benefits
administration. They also provide access to a large-group health insurance plan, which
can offer better coverage at a lower cost than a small business could get on its own.
Beyond these services, PEOs offer expert guidance on HR compliance, workers’
compensation, and risk management, freeing up business owners to focus on their core
operations.

ASO

An Administrative Services Organization (ASO) is a type of outsourcing partner that
provides HR support without the co-employment relationship found with a PEO.
Unlike a PEO, an ASO does not become the employer of record. The business retains
full liability for all HR functions, including payroll taxes, workers’ compensation, and
compliance. The ASO acts more as a vendor, providing administrative services like
payroll processing, benefits administration, and access to HR technology platforms.
This model is a good fit for businesses that want professional HR support and access to
better benefits but prefer to maintain complete control and legal responsibility for their
workforce.

HCM

Human Capital Management (HCM) is a strategic approach to managing a company’s
workforce. Unlike traditional Human Resources (HR), which often focuses on
administrative tasks like hiring and payroll, HCM views employees as valuable
assets “human capital”—whose value can be maximized through strategic investment
and management.
HCM encompasses a wide range of practices aimed at optimizing the entire employee
lifecycle. This includes attracting and recruiting top talent, onboarding new hires,
managing performance, providing ongoing training and development, and ensuring
employee engagement and retention. HCM is often supported by integrated software
systems that streamline these processes, enabling businesses to make data-driven
decisions and align their people strategy with their overall business goals. The goal of
HCM is to increase productivity, foster a positive work culture, and ultimately drive
business success.

EOR

An Employer of Record (EOR) is a third-party company that legally employs workers on
behalf of another business. This model is primarily used for international hiring.
When a company wants to hire an employee in a country where it doesn’t have a legal
entity, it can partner with an EOR. The EOR handles all the legal and administrative
aspects of employment in that country, including:

• Drafting compliant employment contracts
• Running payroll and managing local taxes
• Administering benefits
• Ensuring compliance with local labor laws

The EOR takes on the legal and financial liabilities of employing the worker, while the
client company retains day-to-day control over the employee’s work and responsibilities.
This allows businesses to expand into new markets quickly and compliantly without the
time and expense of setting up their own local entity.

BPO

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is the practice of contracting out specific business
functions or processes to a third-party service provider. The primary goal of BPO is to
increase efficiency and reduce costs by leveraging the expertise and resources of a
specialized external company.

BPO services can becategorized into two main types:
Back-office outsourcing includes internal functions like human resources,
accounting, data entry, and quality assurance.
Front-office outsourcing involves customer-facing services such as customer
support, technical assistance, sales, and marketing.

By outsourcing these non-core activities, a company can focus its resources and efforts
on its primary business objectives. This strategy is used across various industries and
can involve providers located in the same country (onshore), a neighboring country
(nearshore), or a different country entirely (offshore).

Outsourced Payroll

Outsourced payroll is the practice of hiring a third-party company to handle a business’s
payroll functions. Instead of processing payroll in-house, the business provides
employee wage and hour data to the payroll provider.
The provider then takes on the responsibility for a wide range of tasks, including:

• Calculating wages, overtime, and commissions.
• Withholding and remitting federal, state, and local payroll taxes.
• Managing direct deposits and distributing paychecks.
• Generating W-2 forms at year-end.
• Ensuring compliance with ever-changing tax laws and labor regulations.

This service helps businesses save time, reduce the risk of costly errors and penalties,
and free up internal staff to focus on more strategic, revenue-generating activities. It’s a
cost-effective solution, especially for small and medium-sized businesses that lack a
dedicated payroll expert on staff.
